These cleco-dzus buttons can stay in place while fabricating so you are easily able to remove the panel for fitment. Having a 1\/8\" hole in the panel instead of drilling the hole to the dzus button size right away also makes it easier to adjust fitment. These are sold in packs of 10.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note that the first couple times you insert the 3\/16 allen wrench it will be difficult.  This is by design and it is very important to make sure the allen is fully seated to prevent rounding.
